1. **Non-Returnable Items:** Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, NetPeps LLC does not accept returns unless the product is damaged or there was an error with the order. 2. **Time Frame:** If returns are accepted, you must initiate the return within 7 days after receipt of the product. 3. **Condition:** Returns require the product to be in its original unopened state to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 4. **Damaged Products:** If a product is damaged or incorrect, NetPeps LLC will offer a replacement or refund. NetPeps LLC may require evidence, such as photos or the return of the damaged product. 5. **Restocking Fees:** NetPeps LLC charge a restocking fee for returned products at 10% of product cost. 6. **Shipping Costs:** Return shipping costs will not be covered unless the return is due to an error by the company.
